If anybody has a copy at all of PCMMC 2.6, I would be more than happy to send a couple bucks your way. My SVMi-4e card will be here tomorrow and would really like to have the software for my laptop too! You can e-mail me @ [email protected]

pcmmc is for the system not for the vm. need to make sure you have a misc card in the system in order to use it!

the vm only needs a null modem cable and procomm or hyperterminal to conect to it.

Yep, I have the hypertrm prog for windows and would like to use PCMMC for our phone system config. I know the program isn't the greatest to use but would be really apreciative if anybody could send it to me.

It seems to me that I have come to a point where everybody that has ties to Samsung has kind of stepped back. I found out that the program also requires a special cable that I am unable to find the pin out config for either. Anybody able to help???

From PCMMC to a DCSC you would use a standard Null Modem Cable.

Well, I noticed that office serv is only for every other Samsung system out there besides the compact... Life just can't be easy...

If your heart is set on PCMMC, I can email you the file. I'm pretty sure I have it filed somewhere. But you should listen to the wealth of experience already posted that says "don't use PCMMC"!

you're correct of the officeserv software. it's for the 616, idcs100, idcs500 cabinets.

for the dcsc cabinet, i find that doing the admin is tons easier than using pcmmc.

the new officeserv stuff i've only just begun playing with it but it looks alot better.

Does anybody have the Pin-out config for the PCMMC serial cable? I thought that it would be just a standard null modem cable but I guess not.
