I need to change main greeting, and the passcode is lost. Meaning it's not the default code. I tryed to connect the Hyperterminal to the serial port, but i didn't get anything on the screen. Any help would be appreciated with a tech support fee. Thanks Kim

I've never had this problem and as far as I know only Samsung could possibly help you out changing the passcode. If you connect the terminal you get nothing? Have you done it before?

PVJ is right. Samsung can call in and reset it if your certified. If you can get in through the serial port I know a backdoor password (Only if your certified on Cadence I will share this info).
