I have a station that when internal paged the user receiving the page cannot answer the page without picking up the handset. How do I make it use the speaker to talk to the caller? Thanks phone is a Samsung LCD 12B

Check the setting in mmc 103.You can do this at the station in question just by pressing transfer 103 at the set.If you want it to go handsfree then select auto answer mode.You can also choose ring mode or voice announce (which it sounds like you have right now).
