I have a problem the VW wont dial
the digits, I monitored the port and flash is correct but the voice works never dials
could that be due to the broken hookflash dial tone of the Samsung DCS?
please help (ESI tech support was useless)
the DTMF is working out of the voiceworks
I tested it with outbound branch.could it be due to the hookflash broken dial tone?

Was the system working at one point, or is this a new.
Are the analog ports set for vm?
Is the problem off the AA dialing an extension, or the Outdial Branch?

the outdial branch DOES dial but the dial branch does not also direct dial does not
it will hookflash I hear return dial tone,
but no DTMF
|

Default the sytem and try it. If still having problems, but a new SVMi Voice Mail for it.
