How do you put a phone in a DND setup where it goes right to voicemail and does not ring the phone. I have a Samsung DCS display phone. thanks.

I think it's 401 to enable DND and 400 to disable.

Ok but what system and what level software do you have?
If you have compsatible software then try this
Transfer 102
5 DND None
and change the none to 529 (depending on the system)
