Hello.
Can anyone tell me the MMC # needed to have a transfered call ring back if the extension does not answered the transfered call?
For example, if a call comes to the receptionist and she transfers the call to an extension however the person at the extension is out to lunch.
How do you have the call transfer back to the receptionist within a certain amount of time so she can take a message.
Thanks.

That's right, using Transfer Recall timer in MMC501 is one option, this timer applies to all transferred calls. MMC501 also has Recall Wait timer and Attendant Recall timers that are relevant to your query. You can also set the extension to forward no answer and set this timer with MMC502. Later software has other extension forward options that may be more suitable.
