Customer has a DSUII on site. Works fine. Digital extensions have LCD that slowly faded out until they are completely blank, but phones still work fine...ideas? Suggestions?

If you look in the user guide, there is a way to adjust the contrast on the LCD disply. I'd try that first.

How many display sets? Do they all go dark at the same time? I've had bad LCDs but never all of them go bad at the same time. Unless you have a spare KSU to plug the offending phones into I think you're gonna have assume the KSU is going south.

4 sets all faded at the same time. I have used newish phones on same lines and still no LCD. I was thinking its KSU failure, but wanted input.

There is a chip that controls the LCD readout and contrast in the KSU, as Dave (RATHER BE FISHING) posted it's probably gone south.
