Hello.

I'm trying to setup an abandon call list for each station. Basically so each user can see calls they missed while at lunch or away from their desk.

However, I keep getting the error "There are no Entries in list"

Is there a reason why this information is not being recorded?

Do I have to setup a "block" to record this information like with the "LOG" feature?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

The key word here is "abandoned". If the call is answered by an internal voice mail, or another ext, the switch won't see it as an abandoned call.

BTW, which switch is this on?

I believe it is system wide only but not positive.

you have to log in as admin to see the list anyway you look at it
