Hello.

I was wondering if it would be possible to program the speed dial in dial extra digits after the regular number for the different extensions or Auto Attendant options you may encounter at the other side.

For example, you way normally call

532-555-3432 and then have to dial extension 432.

Is there a way you could have the system first

1. dial 532-555-3432 then wait for a few seconds until the Auto Attendant ask you want you want to do.

2.Then automatically dial the "432" extension?

This way, it would be a 1 button extension to the person you are trying to rearch instead of having to go to all the same Auto Attendant options all over again?

It could also be a situation when you are dialing
1.1-800-555-5447
2.dial 1 for English
3.Dial 3 for Data customer
4.Dial 2 for customer support

So you would want the speed dial to dial
1. 1-800-555-5447
2. wait for a few seconds then dial 1
3. wait for a few seconds then dial 3
4. wait for a few second then dial 2.

I hope I explain this correctly. Please let me know if there is a way to do this. I know you can add extra numbers to the speed dial but is there a way to have a pause or delay in the dialing of the additional digits?

Thanks.

Yes the C key is used for a pause.

This is probably a stupid question but which key is the "C" key?

Do you mean pressing the number "2" for 3 times?

Thanks.

I found it.

So with the Falcon 18 and 28 button phones.

A,B,C,D,E,F keys are the 6 buttons above the "Transfer and Speaker" buttons on the bottom right hand corner. These buttons are also known in MMC 722 as 21-26.

21 A
22 B
23 C
24 Transfer
25 D
26 E
27 F
28 Speaker

On the Falcon 8 button phones, they are

1,2,3,Transfer(4)
5,6,7, Speaker(8)

1=A
2=B
3=C
4=Transfer
5=D
6=E
7=F
8=Speaker
