Hello.
I apologize if this was already answered in another post but will your DCS system have Caller ID if the following conditions are met:
1. A1 Expansion card
2. C1 Trunk card
3. ROM 2
I guess what I'm really asking is if you need a special version of Caller ID software or are you guaranteed to have the correct version of the Caller ID supporting software if you have an "ROM2" card.
Is there any condition when a ROM 2 card won't have caller ID?
Its sure a lot easier with the idcs 100 when you are guaranteed to have it without having to worry about software version.

Expansion A1 needed
Any trunk card with a 1 after it Trunk A1,B1,C1
Software version greater than 3 should be ok
Rom 2 not required,romm 1 works fine a Rom 2 card provides a second I/O sim to work only.
