Hi

We have the samsung dcs (24button) phones here, and most phones have to dial "* CODE then 9" to dial out, however, our management only press 9.

I need to change one of these phones which has now become a manager phone, and cannot find which programming code to enter to change the option. It is on the same STN COS as the other managers, so I assumed would have the same priveledges?

HELP!

I would check mmc 305 forced acount code entry
707 and 708 if your need to add or remove codes but more than likely its mmc 305
