Well, I can only report what I see on the digital display, and it reads:
ROM VERSION(USA)
'01.06.01 V1.7 H
We're a Hotel/Resort situation, so bringing down the phone system is something that we don't do causually. I've been lobbying for a new phone system anyway...

OK then you have the hotel/motel software package.That explains that.
I don't know what the lastest software version is for the hotel/motel software but I was looking at the software bug report for the flashing keys problem and it was corrected in
DCS Compact version 2.6
50Si version 1.6
DCS version 4.6
My guess is that you may need a software upgrade for the switch but you would need to confirm that with Samsung tech support.

Sorry, I never thought of the hotel/motel software, I've never put that in.
If you get the PCMMC software, you may be able to suck down all the programming, replace 1 chip on the motherboard, 4 chips in the ROM card and upload programming.
Unfortunally this sometimes works, sometimes not but at least if you check the download and see everythin OK, you have a full record and can manually enter everything correctly.
Really a question of how much this bothers you.
