We have and iDCS500Mr2 for two separate companies on a PRI with 15 channels. We want all outgoing calls from each respective company to state the companies name. Is this possible with this system. Our isp believes it is a switch configuration. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't beleive you can do this with the name on a PRI. Typically only one name is under the PRI. Though what I have done in the past when more than one company shares a PRI is to have the phone company report no name and use the CLI tables to attach each companies main number to their extensions. So when company A calls out it reports 555-1234 and when company B calls out it reports 555-4321. It might be possible for the phone company to attach a different name based on the outgoing CLI digits though I'm not sure.

Did you check out MMC 321? If the co will accept what your sending then you should be able to send the main number or the DID number to the co and they will pass it along to the distant end. It's a great way to stop unwanted calls to employee DID numbers. For a fax you can enter the direct fax number

I have mmc321 configured but to no avail. It seems I have ver 1.05 on my PRI/T1 card. I hear this needs to be upgraded to work. How can this be accomplished, if it is a solution?

you have programmed mmc 430 to use the table you built in 321 correct?
Also the numbers you enter may need to be the same as the numbers the clec gave you.
EG: if they gave you XXX-XYKL then your numbers would need to be XXX-XYKL not XXX-XYKK. the telco may not let a false number that was not assigned to you be used.

Do you mean under CLI table to add the number 1,2,3 or 4 to represent the list in 321.
