When I Intercom Extention 205 from any phone it goes to extention 251. This is a DX-80 It is not forwarded ext 205 seems to work fine otherwise.
Any Idea's? I do not know the comdial system very well.

Are you dialing the number or pushing a speed button?

Intercom 205 and it says 251. pushing the speed dial gives the same result. The button is programed for 205 I checked using feature 3

Extension renumber issue?
I never change extensions numbering on DX80/DX120; I've seen too many funky issues as a result of doing so.

5years is correct, renumbering on Tecom systems can be erratic. You may try renumbering the station and then renumber it back but this rarely works. Probably reinitializing is your only choice.

This was a system I just inherited so I dont know the history. I gues my next step is reinitializing.
Thanks
