Hey all, I have a question. A good customer of mine bought a IDCS 16, and has asked me to install it in his house. The company he purchased this system from has :shrug: provided a manual for a DS 616. I am not familiar with the samsung systems. Will this manual work? is the idcs 16 just a upgrade from the Ds 616? As I am a NEC and Mitel installer I don't know, and since the model numbers are different I am kind of leery. Thanks in advance.

Yes its the same ds616 equals release 1 idcs16 equals release 2.
The mmcs are pretty much the same, the difference is also with voicemail. the idcs can have an inskin were the ds uses an add on.
