I understand how to connect a Music On Hold product to the iDCS 500 but how do I convert a RCA plug on the MOH side to a RJ45 connector on the iDCS 500?

You use pins four and five for MOH 1 and pins 2 and 7 for MOH 2.
You will not be successful trying to insert stranded cable into a RJ45 plug.
Insert standard cross connect wire into the 45 plug, crimp and bean the ends to the stranded cable of the RCA cable.
This is in the Samsung CD but copying a page to send is not permitted while you can send the whole manual, like duh go figure that.
