I have an iDCS 100 system with SVMi-4e. All ok for a long time. Added 2 new users, new extensions. After 2 days, the vm plays the mailbox greeting, then says "goodbye and thank you for calling". Deleted the mailbox, but after recreating it, still happens.
Any Ideas ?
Thanks

You need to add the mailbox and extension programming in the SVMI-4e.
Do you have the extension as well as the mailbox programed in the SVMI-4e?

It sound like the call is being routed to the wrong area. Monitor the call progress. You should be able to see where it is going.

I believe Cmdl_guy is on the right track. You also need to verify that an MClass and EClass are set up properly for those new extensions.

Check the programming the Idcs100. Check MMC 741 to make sure those extensions are set to yes.

Are you adding it to the subscriber list. Sounds like it is not getting associated with an extension.

Check the subscriber list. Look for the extension, is highlited in blue. If it is the mailbox is at the bottom of the list.
