We have strange results of testing 7400.

PBX starts up normally, but sometimes one hangs.
7400 doesn't starts in some configurations.

Interesting Rezen. What do you mean by "sometimes one hangs"? I'm going to be putting in a very large 7400 that looks like will grow to all 3 cabinets with a mixture of data and voice modules. It hasn't been out for very long so I'm curious to see if any one has had any major issues with it yet.

Again thanks for the replies
That is not true you can build as many directories as you want in the voicemail. As for the speed dail bins yes ther is only one for the system.

as for the directory built in the system not the vm yes you can break it up in to smaller ones.

We have got 2 complects of MCP & LCP at the beginning of this year. One MCP ran successfully one times, but in the second start MCP hung forewer. OK. It was first testing supply ...

In July we have gote second supply of the component parts of 7400. Now we have information from our dealers that 7400 doesn't starts in some configurations.

In addition:
Yesterday we have tested POE for WBS (WSN). Only 5 WBS (WSN) form 60 supports POE frown

Can you clarify "some configurations". It would be helpfull to know this info for the installers on this board. This kind of info should be made public by Samsung though I doubt that will happen. Here's a note too. The newer MCP's for the 7200 and 7400 that are being shipped out have a smaller flash memory card. This can be inserted the wrong way easily. When the card is properly inserted it will click into position slightly further than the wrong way. If it's in the wrong way the system will not start up and will just sit there. Just a bit of info for the installers out there. Oh, the reason I know this is because I did it myslef. frown

We had an OS7400 that locked up on us, you had to flip the power switch off then on to reboot it the phones everything locked up. It would do it every 24 hours or so once a day. Its a known issue that samsung has a patch for. Out clients system is currenting running v3.33 beta that is the patch. You might beable to get samsung to release the patch to you. We have been running it for two weeks now no problems "knock on wood"

ecrainey, you should start your own thread. This is months old.

Hijacking a thread is not only against the rules, it's hard to read and confusing.
