I have a Comdial Impact system with VM/AA. All calls are answered by AA for both day and night modes.
This is a manufacturing facility and the customer wants to have an option to ring over paging system when someone dials an option to ring the shop floor. There are 2 phones in the shop. One at the shipping dock and one in the maintenance office. I have tested the relay contacts for station 17 ring and it works fine for the first call but when the AA sends the 2nd call to station 17 it will not ring or engage the relay.
Anyone have a good solution for this??

wire the speaker from an Unused phone into the paging system...( add the unused phone to the hunt group)
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
