Looking for any suggestions on maybe a missed program option.
I replaced a ni-cad in a RAM 1 card and reprogrammed the system, which also has a 4 port VSR Voicecenter voicemail. I can call out and back in from a keyset, into the VSR and follow the AA prompts and they work through the keypad. I can call from one analog extension to 213 (the first port) with a buttset, and it works fine. But when I try to dial into it from any keyset, there is no DTMF sent to the analog port when the VM answers (and verified with a buttset).
What have I missed????

Make sure the analog ports are set as VM ports in programming. MMC 205-6? Once they are it should be OK

MMC 207 is where to set up the port as VMAA. Though MMC 726 also needs to be set up correctly for 3rd party VM integration to work. It can vary depending on what the voicemial system is looking for.

I'll double check 207 & 726, but if I remember correctly (long day) 726 was just set up for DN1 and I didn't need DN2 ....but 207 may have said Normal Port?????? Thanks for the jarring and suggestions!!!

Just a update: in 207 I didn't have the VM extensions set to Voice Mail (set as Normal), so that is the one that allows DTMF tone within the system to the VM Ports. Thanks Again Guys!
