Hi, suddenly I cannot get in to the system through HyperTerm. I've tried different computers but no resopnse. Any suggestions? Thanks

re-start voicemail! mmc 806 is the software reset. Or use the hard reset on the card. Tech support would like you to use the software first.

My Baud rate was at 9600 and changed it to 38400 solved the issue. How it got switched I don't know but I'm in. Thanks

It didn't change, that is the default baud rate.
