In the officeserve we can use SIP Protocol, that mean that you can install a generic SIP phone and will works. Am I correct?
If yes, I wonder if I can use my ITP in another SIP system??

Have you tried doing a "search" for "sip"?

The ITP phone uses proprietary firmware and only communicates back to a Samsung system. When Samsung says they use SIP protocol that is true but they are only using pieces and parts of it. (Remember the days when everyone said "we allow QSIG networking" but in reality a Samsung couldn't network with a Panasonic ...etc.) Same thing.
Now it is my understanding that you can connect a SIP Server to a Samsung system via IP trunking and run SIP phones however keep in mind you will have the same feature and functional content as a Single Line Phone.
