I have a problem that:
I am using Samsung OS500 System with 8TRK and AA card.
the problem is that for incoming calls the caller get the greeting messege and dial the extention.
the point is If I do not answer the call it will keep ringing...and that what I get every morning..
what the reason of that?is it the Polarity reversal?
some body else have the same system with PRI Interface but he does not have any problem

Are you saying the call keeps ringing and your mailbox doesn't answer? Or are you saying that if the caller hangs up it keeps ringing?

It sounds like an abandoned call on a line without disconnect supervision.

the AA is not voicemail. You may need to forward your phone back to the AA or if you have a voicemail forward to it.

*AA not Voicemail

*yes it is an abandon call

*it keep ringing and when you left the handset you will get no call..just tone!

*I dont have this problem if the call is ringing directly to the extension(Without the AA)

*does the 8TRK card detect the disconnection?is it detect the Polarity Reversal?

thanks for help

Have you called your dialtone provider to see if they have the proper 'disconnect supervision' on your lines?
