System had some stations that did not come up after a power problem and a reset cleared but now there is no station that can get a call on their secondary call keys. (Including the operator.) I am wondering if the pcmmc for the 400 will allow me to reload if the switch were defaulted but really never have had much faith in GUI interfaces. This system however does have a lot of programming... Better yet; does anyone have an idea what might get the call keys to work without a default? Also, this condition exists for internal or external calls.

I remember running into problems like this with the 400si. I haven't touched one in 4 years and the company I work for now does not service any. Have you tried deleting the call keys, both of them, then reprogramming them? Worst case you can defualt it and if I remember there is a way to copy the database onto a DCDM if it's installed on the processor. You could clear the RAM then copy the database back into RAM from the DCDM.

Thanks Ben. Yeah I had tried deleting the call keys and in fact the entire phone. Tonight I plan to delete a phone and let it load from the default profile after doing a soft reset. When I had the original problem I did a power down to clear and a co worker suggested the soft reset. I get the feeling that theres not a lot of folks that know this system since I generally get good response from our buddies. Our company did sell about a dozen of these and they seem to have been fairly dependable but I suppose there was a reason that STA discontinued in such a short time. Maybe I'm suffering from one of those reasons.
