I am havving trouble with the voice mail system About once a day or so when you try to leave a message or acces your voice mail it either hangs up on you or sends you to the operator group. Why does this happen? Too many people trying to acces their vm at once? Please replay with solution. thank you very much

When the voicemail sends a call to the operator group it is a sign that the SVMi is offline to the phone system.Have you checked the system clock on the telephone system to make sure it's not 12 hours off and the SVMi is running it's maintenance routine during the day?

RUSSOPOWER ,
This has happen to me before. If your vm system has a flash card check to see if they are filling it up. Check for OLD saved and unread OLD messages. If space is tight the vm system does a reset anytime it needs space on the flash card. Thus if anyone tries to access the vm system it will ring the 500 group.

Why don't you just look at the display on your phone.

If you have to ask how to check the clocks setting then you are way in over your head with trying to troubleshoot this problem.I know you've been told before but please get a hold of a dealer to help you out.

When you have 60 phone on the system it is a little difficult to check all saved and new messages. Also I would need have everyone's password.

From the main screen you can see what storage time you have remaining.

Russo, he is refering to the main screen in SVMi programming. I believe you are getting in way over your head and for your sake I hope you haven't started modifying the system programming.
According to Samsung there are at least 6 Samsung dealer withing a 25 mile radius of zip code 60637. If you would like a list PM me. You really should contact once of those dealers to get assistance with the various issues you seem to be having with your system. Make a list of the various changes you would like to make and run it by the dealer(s) you call. Choose the one you feel most comfortable with. I'd pitch the gig but you'd hate the trip charge.
