InTouch was going to be my suggestion. I have a 500 R1 installed with InTouch VM but the customer is not using the PMS part.

Your talking a front desk Property Management System software solution? or are you talking about voice mail that interfaces with the PMS and Phone System? Bay Lakes Information Systems (Greg Swain) https://www.lodgicalsolution.com/default.asp is one we have worked with. I'm not sure how detailed his PMS integration is but I do know it does at least room status.

We Have a 500R1 in a Red Carpet Inn. Many times the Hotel brand will determine the PMS and in many cases a very short list of acceptable PBX's You need to decide what funtions you expect from the PMS. Also they are not like phones systems, you will be charged for each feature you turn on.

PMS is usually tied to the reservations system. Your PBX will present the priced calls to the system. If you are looking for a good PMS interface, try Trisys Tality. You can download a 30 day trial, set it up, and let it pump calls into your PMS. It requires a PC with Professional software and 2 serial ports and that's about it. Tality doesn't care what phone system you're using and it presents whatever format the PMS system requires. Usually you have to provide the PC for the system because most reservations systems hate sharing and giving up 2 serial ports. If you're looking for a reservations system, Room Master 2000 https://www.innquest.com/ is one of the programs used around here that won't cost an arm and a leg (Just an arm) to buy. It's under $10K with interfaces to POS, Phone, and web enabled. Carl
