We have 2 phones that go into version mode or act like they are hung on the boot up screen. They are both on the same board, 225 and 226. We can unlug the phones or reset the system and it clears but only for a few days or less. Additionally, when 200 makes a call stations 225 and 226 light up on the 64 button console solid red.

I'm assuming you're talking about DLI boards. Have you moved the board to see if the problem follows (like swap it with the board 200(?) is on)? Which port is the AOM connected to? The same board as 225 & 226? Sounds like one of the DLI boards is failing, I'd guess the one 225 & 226 are associated with.

This is probably overly simplistic, could it be a bad jumper/punch on a block?

I had a couple of phones doing the same thing, traced it back to a 66 block and the wire was arcing in the teeth.

We swapped the board out with a new one Friday. If it happens again I will look at the wiring.

We put both phones one new pairs and on the jack on extension 226, looks like an IT guy or possibly a security guy tried to tap into it thinking they would get dial tone. Anyway removed that cable and have not heard back from them.
