I feel like I'm being punked. My voice mails are "Resetting" themselves. Anyone else having this issue and/or have a remedy.

When you say resetting do you mean they are defaulted? Can you elaborate please?

Check you have not lost your licence key first of all.

Defaulted as in total default (all mbx and ext deleted, all messages lost, and all menus set to default) or as in messages are being lost or mailbox settings are being lost?
Or I guess the alternative question is: what happens that lets you know it is defaulted?
It's not something we ever saw through field trials, so obviously I am interested in hearing a more descriptive explanation...

When in doubt best to check the activity logs and error logs from the previous day to see if there is something going on. That's always the first place I start when looking into a voicemail issue.

I just had it happen to me. Sort of.... OK maybe just similar. Using a Samsung 7100 Kit. Loaded 4 MGI Licenses, Did some minor programming. IP phones working. Shut off system and ZAP no more licenses when the power returns. It goes back to original kit config. I'm sure I'm missing something that needs to be saved to more permanent memory.
Along the lines of the original post, Is the voice mail in volatile memory and not saved automatically to chip memory? ie power failure could wipe it?

It dawned on me that perhaps I had neglected to turn on the Mp10 Battery switch......Problem solved.
