before any of you ask i am not sure off the top of my head what version of dataview or the mcp is. the it guy has me locked out from remote accessing the system.

system is a idcs500 rel2.
dataview has been running fine for a while now. it has just started showing phantom calls for different people for some reason.

IE:
this girl in the call center shows to have 10 calls made from her phone when in fact she hasn't even made 1 call out from her phone.

what would cause this all of a sudden?!

Im sure MCP is fine, im more interested in the Link and dataview version. You should have 2.2.0.5 and 1.5.1.2. This will come down to one of two things. Either there is a sw mismatch skewing data. Or dataview is displaying the wrong data due to a programming bug in the background. The latter would be a PIL that support needs to escalate, but you would need to generate data that contradicts this. In this case a simple station port statistics report would show the number of outbound calls from the same station port over the same period of time. If there is a discrpancy, support and even Shawn would have the data to show that there is a problem. If on the other hand, the station port stat shows 10 outbound calls, then something else is going on, because the system and dataview clearly has data on 10 outbound calls from that station during that period.

First step I'd recommend is to run a Station Port Statistics report for this girl over that one half hour period and see what DataView says those calls were. This may be a good clue into what's going on.

it is here:
https://www.chrislebeck.mine.nu/ext225%20station%20port.pdf

but i am counting 10 calls between 9:30-10 so it would seem right.

9:19-9:31 dials 2001
9:31-9:33 dials 19725305519 on trunk 716
9:35-9:37 dials 9032364126 on trunk 717
9:43-9:43 dials 13375992050 on trunk 716
9:43-9:46 dials 15048898483 on trunk 716
9:47-9:48 dials 9039189410 on trunk 717
9:48-9:48 just grabs trunk 717 but doesn't dial
9:48-9:49 dials 15042516753 on trunk 717
9:50-9:51 dials 13183647036 on trunk 717
9:58-9:58 starts to dial 1504 on trunk 717

am i reading this right?

what is the call @ 9:19-9:31 to 2001. no such extension exists.
