What procedure or MMC do I need to use to find out the Mac address for the voicemail and the Mac address for the phone system? I can get the Mac address for the MP10. Just not sure about the other 2.

MMC 830 mac address for phone system.
SVMI system wide parameters page displays MAC of VM.

Ok, then I am confused. I have a sheet from Samsung's site to fill out that has 2 lines, one for MP10 and one for Phone System. At this point my book gets a little hazy. Are these 2 separate addresses or are they the same?

I personally have not ordered any licensing for the 7100 yet so it's possible that they are looking for both. A quick call into Samsungs sales dept. should straigten this out for you.
