Hi There, I have a customer w/100 system R1, about once a week, system locks up. All sets show ver. on display. Customer has to power system off and on then all ok. I'm looking for maybe a known issue so I don't have to keep going back replacing parts. Thanks All!!!

We had a DCS (not the same system but exact same symptoms) locked up the same way and it was one of the line cards causing the problem. Do you have multiple line cards?

Most likely a dodgy PSU.

Thanks for the help.Since I then, I had another customer with same symptoms but would not reset. Had to replace psu (fuses were o.k.).

I think i'll replace psu on this one also.

Interesting. We've been having a run of failing PSU's as well. I wonder if there's an issue. Did anyone receive any notification from the manufacturer about this? It really weird but the fuses have been fine. HMMMmmmmmmmm...
