Hi this should be an easy one.

Why do we get the AA Prompt saying I’m sorry that extension is not available to leave message press 1 and then we hear the mailbox greeting after pressing 1.

I want to hear the mailbox greeting as soon as the caller calls the busy / unavailable extension without the AA Options.

I started drilling through the manual all 203 pages of it and I decided it would be easier to ask here

Figured it out.

Recorded the greeting in the worng spot.

when the mailbox greeting is recorded, but the no answer greeting is not recorded that is what happens. Make sure all users record their no answer greeting.
