DLink DIR-625. It is easy to setup and has nice QOS settings

Soekris 4801 with Monowall - we put them on all our sites with maintenance agreements. They have been rock solid, no moving parts, and has provisions to update you with any ip address changes it experiences automatically with DynDNS. Pretty handy tool - kind of expensive compared to the Dlink etc. Also doesnt need to reboot everytime changes are made.
