Defaulted the system this morning. Same issues. Phones are running 1.7.
Any other suggestions?

Upgraded to 2.69 today. Defaulted the system and reprogrammed. Same issues. Nothing fixed with software upgrade and defaulting. All phones are 1.7 or higher.
Any suggestions?

Just bring a 7 button and try that?
If you dont have any there must be a few 12 buttons on site higher than v1.7, see if they suffer the same issues?
Could also find 2 ports that suffer, disconnect everyone and put 2 7b on there and see what happens?
I had a 816 that did all sorts of loopy stuff like above and was down to hardware, so possibly try another mcp?

As I posted a fortnight ago, In the uk, Samsung will not support old type phones on 7000 series systems.
Mainly this is due to the paging and barge-in faults which occur.
SWAP THE PHONE!!!
Your fault will clear once you put a new type phone in.
