I was wondering if anyone could help. Our 7200 system is using the Callmanager software. When the call comes in, the Callmanager pops up, but does not display the callerid. Callerid only shows up after you answer the phone.
Any ideas how to get this to show as the phone is ringing. These are on analog phone lines and analog phones.
