Greetings,

One of my clients has an iDCS100 and they are complaining about intermittent ghost ring. Thus far I was unable to reproduce the fault.

Configuration:
iDCS Base Cab
2 X 6 CO card
SIO card

The room is quite warm, with no circulation (we are working on that). Any ideas on this will be appreciated.

Try altering CO SUPV (different milliseconds for various countries but experimenting should help) and reduce the NO RING timer to 1 second.

What does the display show when the phantom ring occurs?

Greetings,

According to the SWB operator it shows Call for 500 and then 701 /702 which are the two lines connected to the system.

Problem solved:

The actual problem was that operator took too long to answer the call. They have a call answer option with the telco, that isnt setup.

So when the operator fails to answer the call, it is diverted back to the telco and then terminated.
