I just got a DS 616 for a customer at their request and I have idea how to program or anything about the system. It is used so I need to default it. Also where can I find a manual?? and can this system be programmed threw a laptop??? any help would be greatly appreciated..

Programing for the Phone system can be done from a Display phone. Dial "Transfer" "XXX" and enter the default passcode XXXX use your volume key to change to Enable, then "Speaker" use your Volume keys to scroll the options. They are pretty much the same as a DCS or iDCS Programming MMCs
