Is There a way to disable the ringing for line 3 on prostar 8/16 plus on staion 21( or staion 1) I see in day ring mode you can disable all the other stations. Im just looking to access the line but not have it ring on the system when it comes in. Thanks to anyone that can help smile

No it does not ring anywhere else. As far as I can tell It does not look like you can disable the ring on station 21. Thank you for your help though. Although it would be nice if it did do that..

Yes, you can make station #21 not ring on any line, if the system has not been expanded to 16 stations.

In MMC 62, press the trunk button that you wish to silence, and press the 16th DSS button (for station 36) first. That will display a "G". Then press whatever other stations that you wish to have ring. The G which stands for station 36, will erase the "1" which stands for station 21.

Do you want to answer that line on station 21? If not you can set it so that station 21 can dial out on that line, but not answer it.
