Guys, this one has me scratching my head and contemplating repair via 5 pound hammer.
I have a client with a DCS and Starmail Voicemail. They reported that they have three issues with the voicemail:
INTERMITTENTLY, (the telephone techs favorite word!!) messages are delayed in arriving to the mailbox, sometimes several days after the message was purportedly left, message waiting lights are not coming on/off regularly and messages that have been deleted reappear after they have been deleted. So far we have changed cards in both the Starmail and DCS, reprogrammed the Starmail several times, replaced the Starmail unit, programmed and reprogrammed the DCS....I'm at my wits end....any thoughts....other than using the hammer???

The Starmail would use the last port to Turn ON/OFF message lights for the DCS. If you are having High e usage maybe it is not able to turn on off. On thing I tried was taking the last port out of the VM station group. See what happens. You can also connect to a RS-232 cable and watch it.
