I’m installing a Basic 4x8 OS7100 with 6 telephone sets. I’m installing three out of the 4 lines. The customer has very low traffic because nobody mans the office. I just found out that they want there 35 field staff to have virtual Mailboxes with external notification to there cell phones. Great! One call at a time in very low traffic will be ok but what happens if someone does a broadcast message? Sounds like it will produce a bottle neck. Is there any way I can have a delay notification to some of the mailboxes to space out the outbound call notifications? “4 port vm with 3 co’sâ€Â
Why is it that it’s always the small customers that have the biggest needs and no money?
Customer: I have a hum on my line? Tech support: Is it a tune I would recognize, like hum hum on the range......

There is an option on tab 4 or 5 of the mbx for delayed message notification as far as I can remember, I've not done it myself but i'm sure it'll work. Just set each one with 2 or 3 minute intervals for outcall notification.
