Hi. I am having trouble about this. We have OS100 with SVMi4 installed. 2 ISDN BRI. Caller display was activated on lines. The main number which will go to AA first then transfer to Sales, Parts and Admin groups. Each phones have their own DDI.

Problem: If I ring each single DDI by my mobile, eg, Sale extension 881. It will display my mobile number on that phone screen. But If I ring the main number then transfer to 881 by AA.
It will display calls from "280" - "284" which are voicemail's extensions.

How can I change it. So when call was transferred by AA. It still display the real caller ID on user's phone screen.

Thanks

It should do it as default.
After transferring from the svmi-4, you should get the caller display on the top, and the sales/parts tag with the vm port on the bottom.

It could have been missed on the software.
What level are you on?

Ok, go into admin programming (MMC200) then go to MMC727, this will give you your MCP version

I have the same problem. I just setup my SVMi16 as an auto attendant and when someone selects an option the called group display says:
TRANSFER FM 2017 which is the VM port.
i was expecting the screen to say Sales, Support, etc.
