Hi Guys
I installed a 7200 last week MCP 2.69 MGI 1.19
It only has SIP trunks but the customer is now complaining that after 5 min they stop hearing so the press transfer twice and the i work for the rest of the conversation
I check it out but cant find the problem, I asked samsung help-desk they said I was a router problem but I don't know what to do next as the router already has port fwd 5060 to MCP.
Can anyone help

Hi
Check your codecs. As far as i know samsung only supports a-law. Make sure that a-law is allowed on the client side as well as the server side. Open port 5061 as well.

Hi I have the MCP in a DMZ but I still have the problem as for the codec can you pm me with the MMC. I can put 4.14 because the Indial don't work. But even if I have 4.14 it still has the same problem. the problem seams to be the router drops the re-invite packet after 5min and because the VSP (Engin) doesn't receive anything back it drops the call. I was reading on the net and a lot of people with that VSP have the same problem https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/index.cfm?a=wiki&tag=VoIP_engin_5m32
