Started working on DX 120s recently. On several systems I have connected successfully, Received the DBase and sent it back to complete the changes. I then have a backup as well. I use a straight through 9 pin M-F cable, what the manual says. Some DX 120s I go to , using the the same laptop and cable, it asks for the password, verifies password, says connected, shows connected in lower right of screen. I begin the receive function and in all 3 of the offices that don't allow it, screen finally says, Receiving RP: Extension:ECF CO Group, some time goes by, then says, Dialogue Box Data not sent correctly, Do you want to resend?
Any ideas? TIA

Sounds like you have an early version of PCDBA and need a later version for the KSUs that fail.
