We have a customer that has a Panasonic 848 system with 8 cell phones, the cell phones are clicking and poping on some conversations, after working with Tech Support it's been determined that wireless networks in the area are the cause of the problem ( others this customer is wired). We've just became a Samsung dealer and want to try their wireless setup w/a os7100, but want to know if others have had this problem with Samsung wireless or have you had good luck POTS

We have a medical center with a three cabinet 500 and about twenty WIP phones. All is good, but we are running on the 802.11b network to get better results than 802.11g.

Don't you mean "g" not "b"? 802.11b is the slower of the two or is that some how better for WIP phones?

Actually, we get BETTER results on the slower network. I didn't think it would be better, but after making the change.. the conversations became cleaner. We then switched back to 802.11g and they weren't as good... so it was back to 802.11b. Not only did my boss and I hear the difference, but all of the end users agreed. They also stated they had better coverage throughout the building. I'm finishing up my Cisco class this week, then hopefully I will be going to the Samsung WIP class to get a better understanding.
