Is there an option to set the SVMI so it does not announce the mailbox name at the beggining of the recording. This would be for an overlow call and not a directory transfer.

PM me if your answer goes beyond board rules please.

So you dont want to hear "transferring to..." when in the auto attendant?

There is a way to do this, but I am getting my CCNA this week... so I do not have any time to help you. If you don't get any other help, call me next week.

I have just been digging deeply into the SVMi also and did see this feature, can't remember where though, I do have a feeling it was in the Block section. I, too, need to check out this feature.

Ok Guys, it is under EClass on page 2 from memory, it is called "Target Herald Prompt" and is the first one listed at top left. If you use different EClasses then you will have to edit each one, CTRL Y to delete it.
