Hi there..need help to program my Officeserv 500, I have a PC based soln which connects through a Synway board to the phone lines (PBX)..now I am unable to view any lines in the Voice Mail GUI..seems the PBX isnt sending signals to the system..can u pl help.
Would really appreciate some suggestions for a PC Based Voice Mail Solution.

Brad Welcome to Sundance Tech-Talk.  What you are looking for is beyond what we provide in this forum. You can use your PM feature to contact any mod, admin, or member for help. Your installing company should also be able to get you set up.

What sort of Synway board are you using??, they have quite a range.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for writing..what is the PM feature and what queries fall under the purview of help on this forum?
The board is a Synway USB 4 port board..NX SHT 4B/USB guess they also call ith the CAHTA..

The PM feature is the two little guys shaking hands in front of an envelope. It is out aprox 3" to the right of each posters name
