I am working on a DX 80. The calls coming in ring to an All Ring hunt group. The problem is that phones are still ringing when they have them in DND. They only ring when there is incoming CO calls, they do not ring when another station is calling them. I have tried the Busy Ring Allow feature but that has not helped. Is there something I am missing?

UCD group ringing overrides DND. Page 3-114 of Installation & Maintenance manual. Assign ringing on a station basis for those particular phones.

You have the option of logging off the group! You are automatically assigned as an agent in the UCD group and you can log off with "Feature *91".

I believe that can also be programmed on a button, to give you a button to log in and log out.
