Didn`t install this system but gotta work on it.
got 2 business on 1 phone system.need 2 different
AA greetings.Right now all lines answered on 1
greeting (1001),will it even do it.If so can it
be done through phone or need a laptop and if thats so I wonder if procomm will work.Worked on
different VMs but not this one.Be thankful for
any help I can get

The SVMI8 will not work with a DCS Compact at all. Yes you can do what your asking but as CIT stated it is beyond the level of programming aloud on this site.

Phoneman92 Yes it can be done. Cracker is correct the 8 does not work on a compact. You must have a 4 or a 4e, still all the programming is the same. You can use procomm but hyperterminal is free and preffered. Since you do not have installer access you can pm anyone of the very qualified techs here and I am positive they can help. Please keep one thing in mind as you go through the process of working this thing out. The person you are contacting may require payment for their services. I am sure you understand seeing as you are a business owner yourself

No problem on the charges.Trying to come up with an easier way to deal with this situation.I actually have 3 businesses on this system.I took
care of 1 of them by letting the individual phone
that rang for it answer with its personal VM,worked out fine.I could make the last one work out if I could get to go to vm.It has several phones ringing therefor it is in a group
I took the group and let it overflow to another
phone after 12 seconds and that phone rings but
the vm won`t answer.It will if you call that phone and if you transfer to it but not on an overflow.Any easy answer here?

I guess the reason I thought it was an svmi8 was
the user guide said that.Maybe they are the same for all

The reason for the single keyset not forwarding to voicemail is that the system will only follow group forwarding.
