I think repeat CLI feature is related here. I know that you can have outbound calls from an extenstion display your CLI entry from your CLI table for your extension, but at the same time, if you forward or transfer a call out, it will send the originating CLI.
I havent tested recently, but I know first hand that the samsung can do it. I think its Repeat CLI in your Trk On/Off MMC.
