Hello.

When the receptionist tries to transfers a call to a station (which the person is currently on the phone, it will give them the option to camp on or OHVA instead of just transferring the call to the extension (ringing on the station's Call 2 button)

Could there an option that limits to the amount of calls to each phone as 1 line (not allowing a second call to be transferred to line 2)?

Phones all have at least call 1 and call 2 in mmc722.

Auto camp on is disabled in mmc 110.

However, when the person is on the phone and the receptionist tries to transfer a call, it is now giving the camp on and OHVA options instead of just transferring the calls.

I can't figure out which setting is not allowing for a call to be transferred to a station when the person is already on the line like it use to?

Any idea which settings might be causing this or where to look?

Thanks!

Once you hit transfer and the ext, camp on and OHVA will appear on the display. Go ahead and hang up or hit the answer release button and the call should come in on the 2nd call key.

Thank you very much for the explanation. The calls are being transferred to the 2nd call button when you hang up after being given these options just as you explained.

The receptionist claims that it use to just transfer without being given the Camp on or OHVC options and that this is something new.

My question is if there is a way to disable the Camp on and OHVA options when transferring a call to a busy extension so it will automatically be transferred directly to the 2nd call button?

The receptionist is saying that it use to work that way and that she just started seeing the options for camp on and OHVA recently.

In addition, its not just transferring.

She said if she wanted to dial a person's extension who is currently on the phone. It use to ring on their 2nd call button.

However, she said now, it shows up as busy(with those options). She said its acting almost as if they don't have a 2nd call button anymore(even know they do)

I am unaware of any way to enable or disable these options off the top of my head but I was wondering someone here might have some idea if this is even possible?

Thanks.

Hi.

Just to update.

I believe the Camp-on feature needed to be turned on in MMC 110 in order to get it acting the way it use to. Just wanted to let you know in case anyone here has the same problem.

Thanks.
